Relocatable Buildings

CYB Construction Ltd has built a range of relocatable buildings, typically of a size that can be lifted and transported by our own Hiab truck- 3-4m wide by 6m long. Our own offices consist of 4 of these buildings linked together with a verandah attached (see photos).











Buildings are timber- framed and can be clad with corrugated iron, plywood and battens, onduline, weatherboards or other options of your choice. Roofing can be coloursteel or butynol, windows and doors aluminium double-glazed, and internal linings of your choice- we have used corrugated iron in some as ceiling lining with ply, MDF or gib as wall linings. They are fully insulated with batts in walls and ceiling, and polystyrene under the floor. Floors are 17.5mm ply over H3 treated timber framing. Walls use a cavity system with H3 timber battens over building wrap on H1.2 oregon timber framing.






These buildings are designed to comply with NZS 3604, and are fully compliant with the building code with bracing design included. Building consents can be obtained for these buildings in whatever jurisdiction they end up located in.


We currently have 5 relocatables in Cathedral Square, Christchurch serving as CERA's demolition HQ offices. These can be viewed when access is allowed. These units wil become available for sale once CERA has finished using them, expected to be April 2013.
There are also 2 relocatables currently loacted in Oxford, North Canterbury which are housing our staff while we construct 2 new shops there. These will also become avaialbe for sale- these ones around April 2012.




Buildings are available with ensuite bathroom and kitchenette. All can be wired and fitted out with lights, power points as required. Floor coverings, painting and installation on piles on your site are all available.
