Residential Build

Our residential work has consisted  mainly of large, more complex homes, often architect-designed. This fits our preference for one-off,  individual projects which provide a true challenge.


Our staff have consistently proved their competence. Our infrastructure and a can-do attitude all contribute to the success of our aims.



We have been involved in many residential projects on a negotiated basis, whereby we are selected as the preferred contractor at an early stage. We work with the designer, advising on construction issues, and become part a team to realise the project.

We have also managed many smaller residential additions and alterations, which we are happy to look at.
