Project Management

CYBL undertakes full project management on the majority of our contracts.
We generally act as main contractor, co-ordinating and managing all subcontractors, suppliers and labour required to complete projects on time and within budget.

On selected projects we offer a full design & build service, whereby we take control of the project from day one. We manage the design & consent process as well as the actual construction, right through to final handover - see the design/build section for details of projects we have carried out on this basis.


Our staff are skilled and experienced in dealing with the regional council and three district councils on the West Coast. We invest a lot of time (where needed) into co-ordinating and collating the requirements to gain Code Compliance Certificates for our projects.


Traffic Management - A number of our staff are certified level One TC's (Basic Traffic Controllers). Three of them hold STMS certificates (Site Traffic Management Supervisor)
